Paraffin gauze dressing is composed of paraffin, gauze, release paper, paraffin is an oil-insoluble substance. Paraffin gauze covering the wound can protect and isolate the wound, prevent the adhesion between gauze and the wound, make the water of the wound not volatile, and maintain a wet wound healing environment. The gauze dressing will not adhere to the wound bed, and can effectively support all stages of wound healing without adhesion and allergies.
